Connecting Communities with Peatland End of Project Conference

Join us for the Connecting Communities with Peatlands End of Project Conference on Friday 24 May in the Athlone Springs Hotel.

We’ll hear from National and European guest speakers about Just Transition, lessons learned, and the challenges and opportunities for Just Transition in the Midlands. Attendees will be given the opportunity to share their experiences during a facilitated workshop.

We’ll also be joined by representatives from communities that engaged with the Connecting Communities with Peatlands project and how it has supported their projects over the last three years.

Accompanied by a photography exhibition featuring several peatland community groups which attendees are invited to explore throughout the conference.
