Tina Claffey is an award-winning nature photographer & author of ‘Tapestry of Light’ and ‘Portal-Otherworldly Wonders of Ireland’s Bogs, Wetlands and Eskers’ Tina specialises in extreme close-up macro photography, which allows her to explore the unseen ancient wilderness within the bog’s living carpet that can easily be overlooked by the passer by. Lichens become enchanted forests, mystical goblets appear that are fit for otherworldly kings and queens. Tentacles of carnivorous sundews poise like a cobra ready to strike, while dewdrops cling to the backs of wondrous insects.
